Toby brings experience across M&A, PEREs, and venture capital. He has worked on both the debt and equity sides of transactions and investments spanning multiple stages and asset classes. At ACEnergy, Toby supports the pricing, due diligence and financial modelling of the company’s projects, and works closely with lenders and investors across the capital-raising process. Toby is a CFA charterholder and also holds the CIPM designation.
