Our benefit sharing programs differ for each project to ensure they deliver meaningful outcomes, but may typically include: 

  • Funds to support local projects and programs
  • Education, training and employment pathways to build local capacity
  • Partnerships with Traditional Owners that respect cultural heritage and support self-determined outcomes
  • Enhancements or upgrades to community infrastructure and public amenity
  • Neighbour agreements for residents near project sites
  • Partnerships, in-kind contributions and investments in local initiatives. 

By aligning our project goals with community aspirations, we create shared value. This ensures that our developments are not only technically and financially successful, but also socially meaningful and supported by host communities.
