Distribution BESS Phase 2: Project Update

Sustainable Energy Infrastructure (SEI) and ACEnergy (ACE) have entered into a development agreement to build, own, and operate a portfolio of DBESS facilities across regional Australia.

With phase 1 already underway [more info here] the team are actively developing future DBESS sites to scale the portfolio to a total of 27 DBESS

Project Details: Phase 2

• Up to 20x ~5MW DBESS projects with 2-hour batteries.
• Total Capacity: ~100MW/200MWh.
• Locations: Regional Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia
• Construction and Commissioning: Managed by ACLE Services (ACLE) on a full-wrap Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) basis.  
• Long-Term Operations and Maintenance (O&M): Provided by ACLE under a long-term O&M contract.
