ACEnergy is pioneering a first of its kind solution in the energy market with our Distribution BESS Portfolio (DBESS). This innovative portfolio comprises of ten strategically located BESS, each offering 4.9MW capacity and 2-hour duration. Together, they provide 98MWh of storage, strategically located across key points in Victoria and New South Wales.

Each site is near a regional town and existing infrastructure and zone substations, ensuring optimal grid integration.

Our DBESS portfolio fills a crucial gap between small household batteries and large utility scale batteries, which is a critical component to maximizing Australia’s rooftop solar, pushing down power prices and providing stability to the grid.

We are on track to be shovel ready by Q4 2023 and to reach the Commercial Operation Date by Q3 2024.
