Raymond is the Founder and Director of ACEnergy. He is driven by a bold vision to build a next-generation renewable energy company that accelerates the global transition to a sustainable future. Under his leadership, ACEnergy has developed over 1.5GW of solar and battery energy storage projects nationwide. His strategic foresight has shaped the ACEnergy Group into a vertically integrated business – spanning greenfield development, project delivery, asset operations, and energy management – positioning it as a leader in the clean energy sector. 

Richanand is a strategic energy leader with over 17 years of international experience driving large-scale solar and battery storage projects from concept to completion. At ACEnergy, he has led the successful execution of multiple utility scale renewable assets and continues to build our pipeline, leveraging deep expertise in project financing, M&A and project delivery. With a foundation in engineering and infrastructure, Richanand combines technical insight with strong commercial acumen to drive ACEnergy’s growth in the renewable sector.

James brings nearly a decade of corporate‑finance experience to ACEnergy. He oversees investment strategy for the company’s battery‑storage pipeline, working with lenders, equity partners and project teams to put the right funding in place. He is passionate about seeing these critical projects come to life.

Danny brings over a decade of experience navigating the complex landscape of renewable energy planning and approvals across Australia. With a deep understanding of policy frameworks and planning processes, he has successfully led the approval of more than 30 solar and battery projects, including the first fast-tracked project under Victoria’s Development Facilitation Program. Known for his network of connections and ability to build trust with landowners, local communities, and all levels of government, Danny plays a pivotal role in shaping projects that are both impactful and locally supported.

Rodd holds Fellowship and Charted Professional Engineer accreditation from Engineers Australia. Over the past decades, Rodd has delivered over 750MWp of utility-scale solar and battery projects across Australia, combining deep technical expertise with a practical, solutions-focused mindset. Rodd holds strong application knowledge and has been constantly involved in creating and selecting the best-fit solutions for the project development.

Communities are at the heart of our work, and Claire’s core focus is on building strong social foundations for ACEnergy’s projects. Through place-based engagement strategies and co-designed benefit sharing programs, she seeks to support an energy transition that is inclusive and delivers meaningful outcomes for host communities.  

Ahmed brings to ACEnergy over 15 years of experience delivering utility-scale solar and battery projects across Australia and the Middle East. He’s led development approvals for over 1GW of renewable energy, including major BESS and solar farms in NSW, VIC, QLD, and SA. Leveraging deep technical knowledge and strategic insight, Ahmed enjoys tackling complex regulatory landscapes, fostering collaborative partnerships, and driving efficient project execution that accelerates the transition to clean energy.

Jane has played a key role in securing approvals for multiple significant renewable energy developments in VIC, NSW and QLD, including the landmark Little River BESS project – one of Victoria’s largest battery systems. With advanced engineering qualifications, Jane collaborates with teams to create socially and environmentally responsible solutions that build trust with investors, communities, and government agencies.

Marley brings a unique blend of business and engineering expertise to the development of solar and battery projects across Australia. With experience in construction, sales, and project development, Marley is passionate about creating sustainable energy solutions that support rural communities. His work is driven by a strong commitment to environmental stewardship and long-term impact – most recently contributing to a major BESS project in regional Queensland aimed at boosting grid reliability and local investment.

Specialising in greenfield solar and BESS development, Hamish works closely with landowners to secure sites and build strong, lasting partnerships. He has initiated over ten projects across Victoria and New South Wales, leading them from land identification to project approval. Hamish is collaborative and passionate in his approach: working with landowners and key stakeholders builds project success and supports an equitable energy shift.

Ron leads the identification and development of distribution and transmission grid battery sites across the country and is currently focusing on projects in his home state of Western Australia. He brings decades of experience spanning local government, investment banking, and renewable energy and his track record includes delivering fleets of Distribution BESS projects. Passionate about the energy transition, Ron expertly designs smart and equitable solutions with landowners, regulators, and tech teams.

For HenryKing, being at the forefront of renewable energy isn’t just a job – it’s a personal commitment to securing a more sustainable tomorrow. HenryKing is currently working on the development of community-scale BESS projects, as well as ACEnergy’s Croydon Solar Farm. His background in mechanical engineering and over half a decade in renewables equip him perfectly to navigate the fast-pace, future-shaping world of clean energy.

Niccolò brings over five years of experience developing large-scale solar and BESS projects across Italy. At ACEnergy, he supports the origination and early-stage development of battery sites. Niccolò has previously led land identification and acquisition efforts for over 1GW of renewable capacity, primarily in Sicily, delivering dozens of projects through effective engagement with landowners, legal teams, and technical consultants. Niccolò’s strong problem-solving mindset and mediation skills help unlock complex deals and drive momentum in the energy transition.

Tom has over 10 years’ experience in the energy industry with a track record contracting standalone BESS, renewables and hybrid renewables. He is responsible for our Energy Market activities and leads end-to-end origination and execution of PPAs for our development portfolio.

Joel had over twenty year’s track record in industrial and utility power systems along with experience in regulated networks and renewable connections. As Head of Grid, he is responsible for all matters relates to project’s interface with the power system, from origination to connection and operation.

Albert leads end-to-end grid approvals for large-scale solar and battery projects, bringing deep expertise in power systems and stakeholder coordination. His sharp technical insight and collaborative approach recently enabled the successful delivery of multiple BESS grid connections under tight deadlines – a key contribution towards accelerating Australia’s clean energy transition.

Building on over a decade of experience – including time at AEMO – Raf brings deep technical expertise and delivery-focused mindset to securing grid approvals for solar and battery projects across the National Electricity Market. His recent achievement of securing four 5.3.4A letters in under two months highlights his ability to navigate complex processes and fast-track critical developments.

Pritam connects people strategy with real business outcomes. At ACEnergy, he is helping shape a high-performance culture within the rapidly evolving renewable energy sector. Throughout his career, Pritam has guided organisations through complex change and built resilient teams. Pritam is proud of having saved over $1 million through strategic workforce planning, boosting engagement by nearly 50%, and being a trusted partner to executive leaders during times of transformation.

With deep expertise across Australia’s energy, mining, infrastructure, and water sectors, Siddesh brings over a decade of procurement leadership to our team. He has played a pivotal role in landmark projects like the Gorgon LNG Plant, Melbourne Airport Terminal 4 Upgrade, and the Victorian Desalination Plant, driving complex negotiations and delivering turnkey solutions. His extensive industry background reflects a strong commitment to excellence in renewable energy development and strategic project execution.

Gokul brings deep expertise and strategic oversight to ACEnergy’s financial operations. As Chartered Accountant with experience spanning energy, construction, and manufacturing, Gokul plays a key role in driving financial performance and supporting sustainable growth across diverse business sectors.
