Communities are central to Pim’s approach to renewable energy development. With experience across social performance, community development and impact assessment, she supports ACEnergy’s projects through inclusive, place-based engagement. For Pim, social licence is not something to be achieved once, but a relationship built over time through honest engagement, procedural fairness and trust. She is motivated by working alongside host communities to shape projects that reflect local values and deliver lasting benefits through the energy transition.
